Jailbreak gone wild?

I restored my phone to normal and now when I try to locate where I am at with the map app. It gives me a ” unable to find this location”. I have full bars and edge is available .

try restoring and trying again

Maybe it’s a user error.

Maybe the hair on that palm is making the phone go haywire.

you mean hairwire LOL. @ bree do you even have a iPhone? Or are you still playing with nokia?

I have an iPod Touch actually.

well then don’t answer. go work out, looks like you need to spend more time working out from your picture than fluther.

Well, I think the short answer to your question is that the iPod Touch / iPhone use wireless networks to find your position. Not EDGE, so if you aren’t connected to a wireless network, or an unsupported wireless network then your phone won’t be able to find your position.

Well, I’m not completely sure about this. Although I’ve gotten the same error as you before, but then it’s gone away. But that’s my 2 cents / guess.
