How can I print an Outlook Calendar in Details Style, w/o the "notes"?

Asked by Evan (810points) May 18th, 2011

The “Details Style” print option for Outlook Calendar allows me to print out a long list of all my boss’ appointments over the next several weeks, but by default it also includes everything in the ‘notes’ section of the appointment, which is where I keep WAY too much information than what needs to get printed.

Is there a way I can get rid of this section?

For the record, I’ve also got Microsoft Printing Assistant for 2007, but that only seems to have templates for day, week, and month views; noting in any kind of ‘memo’ style like I need.

Thanks for any tips!

A tough one. Details are details. You can’t uncheck notes printing.
If you go to Define Print Styles, you can edit many of the styles and check or uncheck note printing.
