Makeup and Hair for tolo!

What is the best 80s hair style? I have a tolo to go to and I would really like to have a good hair do (pictures would be nice(maybe like the farrah fawectt hair do, where it flips back?)). Also what kind of make up did they use? Like blue eyeshadow?

Altho I haven’t a clue what *tolo means, you can get ideas for women’s hairdos, make-up and clothes from the movie Tootsie. Either use Dustin Hoffman or Jessica Lange as your model.

I think the hair/hat combo in this video is my favorite 80s look, by far.
