What are some relaxing things to do online?

Asked by Dycedarg (16points) September 1st, 2011

I work a second shift job and my spouse does not. I am looking for anything that will not require a lot of clicks or noise to keep me interested and or entertained before I head to bed. Typically I have a two to four hour window of time to fill. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

http://www.jigzone.com/ It’s a jig saw puzzle with a choice of cuts; from the simplest to impossible. I use the 154 classic pieces. It engages the fingers and shuts off the mind’s interior monologue.

I like to visit www.fark.com or www.dailymail.com when I just want to read articles rthat aren’t too serious.

I go to the National Geographic website and gawk at amazing beautiful photos. I’ve downloaded a hundred free computer wallpapers and with my new laptop it looks brilliant and mesmerizing. I use them as screensavers and transitioning desktop screen. It just relaxes me and makes me happy looking at them!
