I favor the “Giant Dipper” at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

The most exciting roller coaster i have been in would be the one in Six Flags. But my personal favorite has to be the Cyclone in Cony Island. It feels like the roller coaster is about to break any moment but its a classic and I loved going there when we used to live in Williamsburg. Too bad they are closing it down

The Titan at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington. The first drop takes your breath away.

Millennium Force at Cedar Point in Ohio. The first drop is 300 feet with a 80 degree angle. Awesome ride. When it came out it broke 10 world records for roller coasters and in 2006 it was voted 2nd best steel coaster in the world. Its also a pretty long ride unlike most coasters. Cedar Point is pretty awesome if your into roller coasters and in that area, they have 17 of them.

I think it’s called X at Six Flags California. It is INSANE!!

I havnt ridden many roller coasters before.
So probably the best one I’ve rode was the Beast at kings island. I’m sure there are better roller coasters out there though.

Excalibur at Funtown/Splashtown USA in Saco, Maine. The last time I was there, it had just been completed (probably 9–10 years ago now). It is a wooden coaster. The park is very small so there were very few lines. We rode it over and over again, without even getting off. It was amazing and so smooth. There is nothing like a wooden coaster in these days of steel.

They don’t have an official page, but here are a few sites that mention it:

I can’t rember the name of it but it is the Aerosmith roller coaster at Universal Studios in Orlando.

@zamyo1: I believe you’re thinking of “Rockin Roller Coaster” in Disney’s MGM Studios, not Universal. And btw, it’s my favorite too! We rode it 5 times last visit.

The Intimidator at Carowinds. It is the park’s new hypercoaster, and some critics say that it is arguably the best roller coaster in the Southeastern US.
