Love (usually) without sex.

The most beautiful relationship ever. The relationship which holds almost no bounds, where you do not expect anything in return, unconditional, carefree. Friends are family that you choose. You aren’t held back by anything.

Mutual sharing with compassion.

Someone you would help ,in a second, without any thoughts of what’s in it for me,and someone you would trust without a second doubt, someone who is allways there when in need.

Friendship is almost like being married to a person. Everythins is the same, except sex and sharing bills.

Friends are priceless.

For me, friends have been my idealized family. They have been the people I think of first when wanting to share all the best things I want or know, other people too. Friends are the people I’ve made memories of my life with, more than anyone.

The best of friends give you a feeling that you are home. They understand you most of the time and when they don’t they accept that two people cannot always agree and they let you be you. They may not always be able to be with you, they may not always be able to help you, but they fervantly wish they could! They are always there for you in spirit. They laugh at your jokes and you can be silent together and not be doing anything yet you still enjoy each other’s presence.

@Charles. I’ve always thought of that. I love that saying. The way I heard it was: ” Is the enemy of my enemy my friend, or my enemy.” Blade 2

To me, a friend goes way beyond acquaintance, co-worker or contact. It is more like a cherished family member.
