What would go with this hat I just bought?

I have a long sleeve shirt that has the identical color strip combination. Because of the varied bright colors, I am able to wear just about any color slacks with the shirt.

Pick a color from your cap and match it with a solid color shirt.

White is also a neutral color that you can wear. Beige shorts also goes great.

Just make sure slacks or shorts are a solid color.

The yellow and blue colors stand out over the others, so my daughter said to lean toward matching the yellow and blue. I agree.

First and foremost:
You need hair like this to wear a hat like that.

@Fly and @blueiiznh , when I went to buy it at the festival, she said my hair was curly enough to look okay with the hat. My hair is very very curly. I even tried on the hat at the festival. (I bought it at a festival) The lady said it look fine. Would it look bad?

If I told you what my nephew would like to see you wear with that hat, one or both of you would likely be arrested.

@blueberry_kid I don’t want to be mean or insulting, but there’s really no nice way to say this. It’s not your hair that would be the issue…it’s the hat. It really just looks like a Rastafarian-style hat, but in clown colors. I’m sorry, I wish that I had something nicer to say about it, but I just can’t picture this looking good with anything or on anybody.

Hey, I’m the 70’s gal and that hat has tons of potential!
It’s all about expression, I’d say cute hippie skirt with like colors, pigtails, cute sandles or boots, and a peasant type top with some sorta crazy scarf around your waist. I live in the bohemian capitol of California, next to the north coast. I think it’s adorable!

I think it’s cute. I’d put it away until autumn. Then wear is with jeans and a top in one of the colors in the hat. If other answers have changed your mind about owning it, put it away and give it as a gift. I think fashions are different in various parts of a country. Wear what you like, in fashion or not.
