What program did they use to make Katy Perry's Music Video: Wide Awake?

What piece of software did/could they use to make a video like the one mentioned?

it’s not just a normal video, it’s a video and it’s being manipulated by CSS3 to move around it, zoom, panning and skewed. The same way Panic.com did their Coda2 tour video. and it’s all done on a browser!
