Are the Olympics Gymnastics going to be recapped or highlighted in full on TV in the near future?

Asked by jca (36062points) August 3rd, 2012

Last night, I really wanted to watch the Olympics Gymnastics Individual rounds, but my daughter was crying that she wanted to watch “my show” meaning her show, and so I ended up shutting the TV off.

Is it going to be shown in full any time on TV? I know watching summaries is going to be all over TV, but I wanted to watch it “play by play” just like if it was on for the first time.

I DVR’d it. Perhaps someone taped it with a DVD player. You could advertise.

In the UK everything can be watched again on the iPlayer. This isn’t available abroad but other Olympic broadcasters may offer a similar service.

If you have a subscription to cable, you can go to http://www.nbcolympics.com/gymnastics/index.html and get access to replays of many gymnastics events. For all I know, it might work without a subscription, as well.
