I’m not to sure. The prices in the UK have soared up over the past 2 years.
A pack of 20 here cost the same, if not more that the minimum hourly working wage.

When I go to Spain I can buy them for a fraction of the cost.

I hear they are really cheap in Bulgaria.

I think it is over $20 for a pack of 20 here in Australia. And now they have plain packaging with hideous pictures on them. They should do the same for alcohol, it causes every bit as much health and well being problems.

In Canada, they run from about $10—$12 (CAN). Our packs consist of 25 cigarettes.

This website states that the cheapest cigarettes, as of 2011 and 2012, are Zimbabwe, the Philippines, Hunan in China, and Pakistan.

Cigaretteprices.net shows the current prices around the world. It’s an extensive list. I think they compare the different prices of a 20 pack of Marlboro.
