Well, the first thing to pop into my head was Hair. I wasn’t big on the title song, but the play had 5 or 6 songs in the top 40.

Are you male or female and what is your voice range and type. (Are you a belter or do you have a mellow voice?)

So many to choose from. Do you want dramatic, like “When you Walk through a Storm” from Carousel or humorous, like “Adalaide’s Lament” from Guys and Dolls.?
“I Hate Men” from Kiss Me Kate is great fun to sing if you act it. “Out of My Dreams” from Oklahoma is lovely.

My Fair Lady and West Side Story come to mind.

Fiddler on the Roof!

And little is as up tempo as A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.

For a little easier set of tunes, consider Annie Get Your Gun.

Wouldn’t It Be Loverly from My Fair Lady is great.
