Has anyone had any success on Chemistry.com?

I find I get stuck at a certain point and have not ever met anyone using the site. I’m wondering if anyone has had some success on the site, have finished the process and actually met someone?

P.S. I have no idea why this, a legitimate question, got flagged. I have read many questions on here that were of less quality. I’m seriously trying to get an answer here.

[Fluther Moderator]: Hi AlenaD, fyi the question you post here is not quite the same as your previous one; this one appears to be more of a user opinion question (appropriate) versus a very specific technical support question that was clearly one that the http://chemistry.com support needed to address (and deemed not appropriate for Fluther).

I think my previous question was misunderstood, then, because the intent of the question didn’t change. Also, the email I received was rather vague and stated my question didn’t hold up to Fluther standards.
