If there are "900,000" users registered with Fluther, where are they?

If it makes you feel any better, I’m here. But it does get kind of lonely. Its a shame because Fluther has the best social community on the Internet. Since I’ve been here I’ve seen no flame wars, no insults, just a group of people with good insight on a multitude of different topics.

I’ve been here since August 2007, and I must say it’s a shame that Fluther DOES have many insulting comments. Practicly every question has a degrading debate, and many users hold grudges on people who have different beliefs and opinions. We’re all different, no need to degrade, send a private comment and get the matter resolved. You’re only depressing the question by flaming your own opinion blindly.

@Bug: aren’t you glad you asked? To paraphrase the expression most beloved in my Synagogue, two Jews, three opinions. Just substitute Flutherers.

I’m here, and most of the time, you guys don’t even know it. I’m very sporadic with my question answering. I read almost ever question though. Also other Fluthers’ responses.

It’s been almost a year since I became a member (like many of u, after reading the NY Times) and I keep seeing the same people (playthebanjo-rob-susanc-PnL-JohnpowelL, etc…) where are the others??? O.k. I must admit I left the group for like 8 months but I still see the same people I saw the very first day…
