Does Canada celebrate Halloween and if so, anyone want to take bets the Lagoon's zombie slaying Canuck went Trick-or-Treating as a zombie?

I have no idea what you are getting at, as for Canada celebrating Halloween of course we do just had about 40 rick or treaters.

^ WELL….we cannot name names, which makes a question such as this harder to ask (but that is the rule however silly the usage may be in the real world), we have a Canuck who as an affinity for zombies, and I wandered if she went out Trick-or-Treating with younger relatives or to any Halloween party as a zombie. Think real hard, the Lagoon only has one, so without naming anyone it takes a little thought to figure out who.

I picture her more likely playing a Resident Evil game and drinking beer before digging into the Ash vs. The Evil Dead premiere.
