What type of content do you most prefer to watch on YouTube?
I understand some of you are not really interest in YouTube content. But for those of you who are, what sort of content do you usually enjoy watching?
I’m looking for ways to re-invent my own YouTube channel and so I’d like to know what people like.
Or if there is something you feel is lacking on YouTube, I’d like to hear about that too.

Kid History!. They are the most unique and hilarious videos ever. I could watch them al day.
Tech news. NBR (Nightly Business Report) on PBS. music videos.
Music videos. An occasional “fail” compilation.
Interviews with scientists, criminals, doctors, quality actors and musicians, historical issues, conspiracy theories, ufo findings, music, health and medical topucs, philosophy, strange incidents, disappearances and so much more.
Oh and animal videos!
Straightforward, matter of fact how-to videos. The kind that show you what to do without a half hour conversation about it and 15 affiliate marketing adverts.
For a while now it’s been video clips of various renditions of Mozart and Rossini arias, And my behavior regarding these now borders on obsessive.
I’m all over the map, from all kinds of animal and cat videos, documentaries, biographies, history, true crime, news type shows like Dateline & 48 Hours and 20/20, music, medical stuff, travel, the list goes on. Youtube is like a bag of potato chips one video leads to another and another and another… haha
Any video that offer me something new to learn. Fact complications, documentaries, how-to… As long as there are facts. I also look for rare, hard-to-find movies.
That is when I use Youtube for serious purposes. Otherwise I’m kind of like @Coloma, but a bit more limited. One thing that I love to watch for fun is movie/game review. I specially love watching people rant about bad movies/games because those things are the gold mines for humor.
@Coloma I recently developed a taste for pet rat videos. I wish I owned one of those cute liitle things too :)

Look up Pet Gambian Pouched Rats, they are amazing!
Oh, I also forgot about all the food shows. I am hooked on” Chopped.”
Pretty much only music videos.
Mostly crime shows such as Dateline, 48 Hours, Disappeared, Snapped.
And the occasional cooking video.
Comedy and educational videos.
Or a combination of it, if possible.
Also, music videos.
