What is something you're really good at?

I couldn’t think of anything so I asked my husband. He said I love him better than anyone else. (I think he thinks he’s on a promise now!)

A quality? I teach myself stuff. I have no idea if I’m better at it than anyone else. I haven’t met everyone else. I’m rather empirical with my thinking.

Modesty.

Improvising technical things. I seem to always the person who irons out all the little details on projects that get missed.

I’ve been very lucky, and it’s sort of spooky, because the lopsided pile of cumulative good fortune is subtle and never extravagant, but nevertheless staggering in its totality. It’s also unsettling since I have a contempt for superstitions and explanations footed in murky mysticism.

Procrastination. But I’ll tell you about it tomorrow.

Making pictures of buildings.

Everyone who’s ever tried my banana bread agrees that I make the best.

I’m very good at interior design and have a designing eye, courtesy of my Architect father. I am also a good gardener and very knowledgeable about most animals, cats, dogs, horses, birds, etc. I wouldn’t say I am better than anyone else but these areas are my strengths. I am a creative type, and also a creative thinker and also posses a diplomatic and charismatic personality.

I hope being a good husband to Mrs Squeeky.

I’m the master of mediocrity. I can do a vast about of different things in different areas just OK.

You know what, I could say a few things i’m really good at including kissing, being a dad, keepy uppy with a football, darts, running, pool…
That would underestimate my true worth though because what I really excel with is this crazy thing we call life, livin it large & lovin it.

@ucme Don’t forget your talent for managing the house staff. Can I borrow Carstairs for a few days? lol

@Coloma He will be thrilled his name is recalled so readily here & would probably relish a brief change of scenery, but I feel duty bound to warn you, he don’t come cheap :D

I’m not the best at anything. I’m good at writing, cooking, and being a dick to children I’m great at my job, but I’m not the best.
