So is Canada officially at war now with Syria?

Canada Is a part of NORAD. Is Canada at war too?

NORAD is a defensive alliance primarily concerned with defending the US and Canada from air attacks and protecting their combined air space. Membership does not oblige Canada to join any US military operation.
