Why is my "Enhancements" tab missing from my volume control?

I want to change the environment of the sound, but I have no enhancement tab when I should. I use a Windows 10.

This is interesting, ten minutes ago I would not have understood the question. But moments ago I was looking at the settings trying to connect a bluetooth speaker (it was a success).

Are you looking at the properties for a particular device (not overall sound settings)?
