Which headphone should I buy, JBL E55BT or JBL E65BTNC?

Asked by xTheDreamer (897points) October 20th, 2018

I’m looking for a decent headphone for all around use, daily commute, at home, at the gym but with good hi/lows and also bass. Noise cancelling isn’t a must but seems very appealing and useful to me. Also has to be wireless. My budget is between €50 – €100 so that’s why I choose these two but don’t know which I should buy.
I’ve also checked out Skullcandy Crusher but that’s a little bit over my budget. Though I read that the bass is good. I’ve also checked out the Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC also way over my budget. Another Senhheiser that seemed to be very good is the HD 4.40 BTNC, which falls in my budget.

Recently saw the JBL’s and liked their overall design but not sure which of the two to buy. Or if any of my other choices are any good.

Would love to hear your opinions and suggestions/recommendations.

Thank you!

Unless you have a noisy environment, I think the noise cancelling is a waste of money.

For example, when I used to fly cross country 2 or 3 times a month, I bought noise cancelling headphones. They cut out the thrum.

But at home, I never use them. There’s nothing noisy enough to intrude.
