Do you have an easy chicken recipe?

Asked by joeschmo (1396points) March 20th, 2019

Fastest, easiest, no frill, very little seasoning, no muss no fuss chicken legs.

How would you prepare them?

I’m thinking in the oven with coarse salt surrounding it in a tin, salt and pepper and that’s it. I do not eat spicy.

How long in the oven at what temp.?

Do you have other ideas?

Thank you.

Bake at 400 degrees.
Right now my tummy says dump some honey hickory BBQ sauce. It isn’t spicy it is sweet and smokey.

Another way to go, just enough butter to cover the bottom of your baking dish. Add just a little lemon juice and a dash of garlic powder. The lemon and butter will add a zingy crisp to it.

Cooking chicken in foil packets allows you to easily cook your chicken without it drying out, and you can use whatever types of seasonings you like, and whatever types of vegetables you like. You can even add pineapple for a tropical flavor profile. Also, cleanup is a snap.

Hope there is something on this list that you might like.

Brown sugar and Ketchup. I don’t know the cooking time or temp. I wing it every time.

“No muss no fuss”.

Use baking paper on the bottom of your “tin”.

Precisely 165.2 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes or 180 whichever comes last.

Do one leg with honey, one with honey and soy , the rest s&p, and wake me in the morning.

Buy frozen breaded chicken tenders. Nuke three minutes.

Old family recipe: Buy Campbell’s Chicken Soup. When it says to add one can of water, don’t add the water. If you want to get creative, pour it over biscuits.

Opening a can of soup isn’t quite the chicken recipe I was looking for, but thanks for the effort. Not.
