She has put multiple scratches and dings in it, some on purpose. Has refused to return it for days. Lied about where she has been in it. Spilled multiple drinks in it and did not tell me. Speeds all the time. (VW Carnet has speed alerts you can set) Has never paid for gas and drives the car more than I do and never for work.

I don’t let my GF use my computer because she clicks on email attachments from unknown origins. I guess it is sort of the same thing.
If she isn’t respecting it,and just taking advantage of you then no I wouldn’t let her use it.
Yes, probably too trustful. Put tracking on it. How do you know if she isn’t using it for drug pickups , or meeting other guys?
“She has put multiple scratches and dings in it, some on purpose”!!!!!!!
Wow! not a good person who is responsible nor respecting your property.
Why in the world would you let her do that, how low does it have to get BEFORE you finally split?
She sounds dangerous and unpredictable.
Imagine yourself with a women who respects your property and you then ask yourself WHY you have her around?
If someone won’t respect your stuff, they don’t and won’t respect YOU! We teach people how to treat us.
That said, if this same person were treating your person the same way (hurting you etc), how would you deal with them?
Sounds like she burned that bridge. She could be just using you. I hope you aren’t loaning her money too…
She abused the privilege of borrowing the car. She has shown a lack of respect for your property. And it sounds to me as if that tends to be her character. She’s damaged goods…time to dump her.
^Damaged goods, that’s damaging his goods…
Lol, judging by what you wrote the car thing isn’t the issue… She sometimes wrecks your car on purpose? I mean, who does that?
She sounds like a pretty horrible person. Why is she still in your life?
Forget about the car.
If you are still dating this person, I’m going to guess the car is the least of your problems.
No, you are not wrong. Nobody, but NOBODY drives my car. Make it a habit.
I might add a side note on this as well:
How does your car insurance accept this?
Have you added her on it?If not then you are libel.
Having her on your insurance is always a good idea. Anyone I allow to drive my car, if they were so lucky, would be covered. But, if something happened, how long would I be without a car? What kind of a PITA would that be?? And that’s why NOBODY drives my car!!
My insurance automatically covers anyone who happens to be driving my car.
