I had to give up my dream of being a famous pop star because my parents said it was a silly pipe dream and I would never amount to anything. So I did, or did I?

I am learning to give up. Lest I continue in madness.

@RedDeerGuy1 Please find help! You are much better than that. There must be somewhere you can go, someone you can talk to to help you.

@Dig_Dug Fluther is my help. I’ve progressed wonders since 2009 when I was TallJasperMan.

My major problems are mostly financial now. Metamucal helps my I.B.S. (irritable bowel syndrome). Also cutting out certain fruits, like apples, and researching a low FODMAPS diet.
Door dash added two large grocery stores and my diet and spending are slightly better.

Fluther is helping my social skills and my skill in diplomacy. Also my writing skills are progressing nicely.

I see a student psychologist for $10 every two weeks for a hour.

It might take years, but I’m hoping to pay off my credit card debt eventually.

Well I hope we here can help in any small way we can. I can be silly and serious too, it depends on the subject matter. I’m happy to hear you are actively seeking help and advancing everyday as I hope we all are. I know I am too. Don’t tell anyone, but I have a learning disability more like a reading disability I see words backwards same with numbers. I have to reread things several times and still I make mistakes. It’s a pain but I deal with it all the time. Spellcheck helps but it’s not perfect.
