Are allergy pills useful for tired and swollen eyes?

They have been like that for 3 months or more.

I recommend you call your GP about your stolen eyes. It could be something else. I don’t think you should take allergy medicine for it.

@Hawaii_Jake Pharmacy just percribed eye drops for conjunctivitis. I put them in my eyes. Will update fluther in about 4 hours. I saw a dr. And eye doctor. One said is allergies the other dry eye. Will see if the new eye drops work.

Benadryl is used for allergic reaction which it sounds like this could be the cause of the swollen eyes.

Conjunctivitis should be easily recognizable . Your eye whites turn pink. I used to have a problem with it in the summer. It occurred to me that the problem might be related to sun glare. I started wearing sunglasses in the summer and I never had a problem again.

Update: my eyes are much better now. Not perfect, but better. Thanks all.

Too much screen time will cause problems with your eyes and I know that you are on the computer, TV and cellphone for long hours per day/night.
Your eyes need a rest every 20 min from screen time.
I took an allergy pill for an allergy to hair dye ..as its supposed to used for.
No swollen eyes though.
Also laundry detergent in sheets and pillowcases can cause allergies too.
