Anyone else sick?

I woke up this morning and I could not swallow!! It hurts like a bitch, I can’t even talk! now I have a fever and time to time I have an urge to puke, but I haven’t yet.
I took cough syrup and everything. What could this be? Strep? Flu?

Sore throat, difficulty swallowing, fever = possible strep throat. Muscle aches, fatigue = possible flu. Only way to tell is to go see your doctor…
