What movie is the basis for the Room Temperature Room scene in Community, S03E06?

Here is the scene: Room Temperature Room
Community, Season 03 Episode 06
I recall some soldiers assembling their weapons blindfolded and one recruit being chosen to train for an elite position. But, I cannot find the movie.
Any ideas?

@Forever_Free I can’t picture it .
I have the image of the men in suits (CIA? FBI? NSA?) talking to the recruit and telling him once he was in, he was in for life.
I’m sure I didn’t make it up.
