Wikipedia said to slow down water consumption and take a diretic. Been three months since I had some pop. So it makes sense.

Good for you on reducing the pop intake. I just gotta have my Squirt, but I only drink 2–3 cans per week!

Not likely. Unless you are purposely drinking ridiculously enormous amounts of water, which would be pretty unpleasant in and of itself.

From Healthline:

“What are the symptoms of water intoxication?

Symptoms of water intoxication tend to start appearing after you consume more than 3 to 4 L of water in a few hours.”

Potential symptoms include:
head pain
cramping, spasms, or weakness in your muscles
nausea or vomiting
drowsiness and fatigue”
