What`s your opinion on those life hack channels on Youtube ( 5 minute crafts and Blossom for example)

I know about some of the things that these channels have done (Five minute crafts and Blossom for example) and I don`t know how to feel about what they are doing. So I`m asking for your input to help me, What is your side on this situation?

They are often only click bait.
Many of the foods prepared, artwork created, and engineering projects shown are totally false fabrications are only designed to generate views and subscribers.. At worst they are designed to waste your time and resources.
Some are ok, but many are supported by troll farms.
