Farthest you've ever gotten in a legacy on The Sims 2?

I usually only play until the grandchildren. They ususally come out with a new expansion, and I start over. How far have you played?

I was a the 5 generation, then my game crashed and I messed up the copy I had. I started all over yesterday. Blah!

So do you create all of the friends and neighbors that your Sims will interact with? I do. It takes me hours to do this. Sometimes days if I build each of them their own house, just in case I may want to play them as well.

I just start with a custom neighborhood, and add a few stores and a downtown. Then off I go, using townies as sim fodder. how cruel of me…

I’ve been thinking about getting some add on from online.

The farthest I’ve gotten was a 5 generation, and almost the same thing happened to me that happened to Amish_Ninja, except my entire neighborhood containing this 5 generation legacy vanished… I have NO idea what happened… Just the next time I loaded up, everything was gone…. I cried. :’(

My game went all funky and turned them all into men before it crashed. >.>

My stupid game always messes up so I hardly ever get past the children!!!
