How to delete my Pinterest account when it is suspended?

Asked by yaujj48 (1124points) 1 week ago

I don’t know where else to ask but here. Plus the last time I contact Pinterest I don’t get a reply.

My Pinterest account is deactivated due to violation of guidelines that I did not know. Either way, I want to reuse my email by deleting the current one but I can’t log in due to being a deactivated account. Is there any other way to delete my suspended account? I am kind of stumped here.

Why don’t you create a brand new account with a different email?

If it was a permanent ban, then you won’t get a chance to delete your account. Maybe do as @jca2 says, but make sure you know the rules if you get in.

I suspect you can’t specifically to prevent the sort of thing you want to do

@snowberry @jca2 Maybe you guys are right, I don’t like getting the suspended account hanging but if I want a new Pinterest account, I have to use a different email

Did they tell you what the violations of the guidelines were? I’m just curious. I want to make sure I don’t violate any with my account.

“Facebook’s parent company Meta has deleted thousands of accounts with suspected links to the Chinese government, describing them as “the largest known cross-platform covert influence operation in the world.”

The Chinese Communist Party had targeted more than 50 apps, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok and Reddit, the company said in an Aug. 29 blog post.”
