Wireless printing solution?

Asked by aanuszek1 (2290points) November 23rd, 2008

Is there a way that I can plug a USB printer into a wireless router? Currently I have it connected to a laptop downstairs but everytime I need to print something from my desktop upstairs the printer is unpluged and somewhere else in the house.

I’m looking for an adapter more-less, I don’t want to buy a whole new printer, as the one I own is less than a year old.

Do you only have one computer? Is a desktop already connected to the printer? If so, check this out.

Apple’s Airport Express can print wirelessly, and stream music to your stereo, too. All while being a sassy little wireless access point or wireless bridge. It’s really attractive, and about the size of a DC power adapter, to boot.
