Does anyone here use cross stitch designing software?

I’m looking for recommendations for good software or tips on what to look for. I’d rather only download a few demos, if need be, rather than dozens.

I use Design Studio for my plastic canvas needlepoint. I found it by searching online for design software. Perhaps you could try out several cross stitch programs from the demos you find by using a search, and they purchase one.
