How do I exactly go about making .flv files to straight mp3s?

Ok so I’m downloading this album by Les Claypool’s Fancy Band called Of whales and Woes, which you should totally do the same, but the problem is that they’re all in .flv format for some awkward reason, so how would I make them into mp3s. I have VisualHub so I can convert them into any video file I want, but not audio :,(. I know we got some Mac guys around just waiting to get off on telling me this process.

There’s a program called Super out there, that will do just what you want. It’s pretty simplistic, but if you need help, just PM me
