From Here

“He signed three documents, including a proclamation declaring a day of national renewal and reconciliation

The past three presidents signed similar proclamations after being sworn in.

The new president also signed his Cabinet and sub-Cabinet nominations. Those are necessary before the full Senate can confirm the nominations. They’ll be presented to the Senate Tuesday afternoon.”

One of the commentators said that some presidential orders expire at the end of one administration and have to be immediately renewed by the next.

I was watching with a kid from Cameroon. After the oath he said, “Is that all he has to say”
