Is the local political party branch violating its bylaws "illegal" and what can be done?

Asked by VisionaryAdvait (167points) January 29th, 2009

As is happening a lot in the state I live in local political parties have designated officers, and others to an extent violating bylaws and failing to perform duties outlined in them if any at all. They also refuse to reveal their bylaws or post them publically.

You said it is happening a lot in the state? How so? What happened? I think people will be able to answer better if they have more information.

If you’re a member of the party you could always sue them.

The two corporations that control our politics (republicans and democrats) have so intrenched themselves into our government that their would be no way to get rid of them. Although I think California may be on the right track with prop 14. I talk about it on youtube if interested.
