is there a way to salvage ipod ear bud cables that have been cut?

I was about to answer how to fix a cut wire..but on reread I guess I didn’t need too.

Electrical tape….if you do it right it will look just fine. Too much though and it looks pretty much like trash. You should be able to get it in most colors.

Ya, you can get heat-shrink tubing from radio shack/the source. The only problem is that it needs to be big enough to fit over the earbud, but shrink small enough to get hug the wire. You should be able to find a size that works.
