Whats a good website that shows the caloric count for everyday things?

I got the new loose it app and am adding custom workouts on everyday things i do and how much calories i loose.thanks.

Seconded fitday. It also helps you keep track of cals burned during activities, nutrition goals, and lots of other useful things.

www.eatingwell.com is a good site for snacks, dinners and such that has the caloric count noted. I use this site often. Check it out!

I have the lose it app also and find it most helpful.
The app is set up to take into account the ‘every day’ kind of activities one does and is based on the average activities of an office worker. You need not add regular activities(such as walking across the parking lot to your car) but add those activities that are in addition to typical activities, such as twenty minutes of arobics.
