Printer Wont Print :[?

i have an hp deskjet 335. now for a while the printer icon has been saying DELETING..but it didnt disappear. so i called the hp company and they sent me an installtion disk. and now the printer is installed but the other printer icon still says deleting..and now the printer wont work even though on the icon it says ready to print…any ideas?

delete all printers from the computer (start – control panel – printers), and then insert hp cd into the computer and follow instructions

i did and it deleted the printer i just installed and now the one that says is deleting is still there…any more advice?

try to delete that one by right clicking on it.
