I'm at Target looking for a new tv?

Because I think my old tv was made in the 80’s and I haven’t upgraded since then. Is a 19’’ flat screen for 299$ that DID cost 379$ a good buy?

My sister has a 26” Samgung that she got at CostCo for $460 about 6 months ago. I got a 19” Magnavox online around the same time for 180$.

I found a 22” Samsung at Newegg for $280.
