100% real aspirin, nothing like it.

Water. Headaches are often one of the first signs that you’re getting a little dehydrated.

Peppermint essential oil. A tiny dab on each temple and the back of my neck (plus smelling it) usually helps me pretty quickly.

It’s a bonus if your sweetie thinks the smell of candy canes is sexy.

Coca-Cola. Sex (or masturbation).

Yes. I know this one. I get headaches all the time. Migraines, Sinus Headaches, Dehydration Headaches, Hormone Headaches, Sleeping too much headaches, lol.

It really depends on what type of headache it is. For a temporary fix that can sometimes be a fantastic relief soak your hands in hot water. As hot as you can stand it. You can also get some hot water and soak your feet. Or sit on the edge of the tub and soak them. I love soaking them in front of the TV, lol. What this does is it makes the blood rush to that part of your body and out of your head. Your headache may return when you stop soaking but it is a nice fix while it lasts and sometimes it gets rid of it. Also it’ll only work if you use water as hot as you can stand it.

If it is a sinus headache then you can pinch your upper nose to relieve pressure. That is temporary. For a better fix you need to sniff saltwater. 1/4 tsp salt to 1/2 cup salt water. Plug one nostril and snort some water into the other one. Spit it out your mouth. Nasty but it works. Alternate nostrils till water is gone. Always works for me. But it takes a bit of time to kick in after your finished. Also should sit up so your sinuses can drain.

You can also get annoying headaches from being dehydrated and not eating. For these you need to fix the source. You need to drink a lot of water and have a bit to eat.

If it’s a migraine then you need to lie down in a dark room, no light, do not move around. Sometimes lavendar helps. But other than that there’s nothing you can really do. I HATE migraines. I always give into the pain killer drugs when I have these.

Oh and caffeine can help headaches (that is why some people are saying coke or coffee). Except sugar exacerbates (makes worse) headaches. So you shouldn’t really do soda. You can try tea or coffee but don’t add sugar to it.

Also if you want an aspirin like fix. You can use willow bark tea or willow bark capsules. This is where aspirin comes from but this is it’s herbal form.
