Has a Union owned company ever been a successful business?

I don’t think i’ve ever heard of a union owning a company. but maybe I’m wrong.

King Arthur Flour is worker-owned. So is the Green Mountain Spinnery.

There were also several collectively-owned restaurants and copy shops in Amherst when I was living there. Most of them seemed fairly successful to me.

so the question refers to worker- owned or unionized companies? which one?

I interpreted it as worker-owned. If you think it’s uselessly vague, flag it and the moderators can send it back for clarification.
