Is there a high speed camcorder for under $500?

I really want an affordable camcorder with a high frame rate to record my friend and I doing some awesome stuff. The only required specs are:

uses an SDHC card
Shoots at over 100 fps

Its not really a camera as such , it’s rate is 120fps or its 150fps and would cost a heck of alot less than $500. Lg Renoir ok its a mobile phone but it has what you want . Holds 32Gb card
