I think del.icio.us is the best you’re going to get in terms of cross-browser bookmarks.

Xmarks is great. It’ll sync IE, Firefox, and Safari. I’ve been using it for years (back when it was Foxmarks) and its always the first extension I install for Firefox.

It looks like Xmarks is working on getting a plug-in working for Google Chrome, but it’s not yet supported. As @justn stated, it’s a great plug-in for IE, Firefox, and Safari, however.

I’ve got to second @gggritso in saying del.icio.us. That’ll do ya good ;)

I’ve used this one link some weeks ago to transfer my opera bookmarks to safari. It is supposed to transfer them from most to most browsers. It worked for me.

I like Xmarks better than deli.cio.us, but I have both.

@rebbel it looks like the pro version of that would really do the trick. If it does it automatically, there you are on the computer, and then if it syncs with del.icio.us, there are you are in the cloud. Very universal :D

I use google bookmarks, they use a labeling system to sort your bookmarks which is a system I like.

If you use it along with Google Desktop you can access your bookmarks fast. You can also export them easily to other programs and when Google’s cloud computing network will be everywhere you can access your bookmarks on any computer :) (that feature has already been implemented!)
