What's the best way to get rid of large pores on your face?

I have had large pores on my nose for a long time and have used various lotions, creams, face wash, and pore strips to rid of them. Most of these methods have reduced the size of them for only a short period. Are there any other methods or advanced creams that I should use for a longer lasting; if not, permanent effect?

You won’t be able to get a permanent effect. Daily cleanings (maybe twice a day) and weekly masks are your best bet.

Not too long ago I asked my Dermatologist if there was anything SHE could do. She said no. As you said, you can only do it for a short period.
