Yes, #1 is definitely Napoleon Bonaparte. That portrait is reproduced in many places on the web.

@ratboy There are two sites; Painting is clearly Napolean and photo is now officially ID’d as Pol Pot. Idi Amin looked nothing like either of them.

@gailcalled No, the picture with Napolean has another photograph in the lower right hand corner. I think @ratboy was saying that Napolean is over Idi Amin and the other picture is of Pol Pot.

@papayalily & @ratboy: You’re right about the cropped pic under Napoleon. I was not able to see enough detail to be clear about the ID, although the uniform seems garish enough.
