Baby Lotion….....nuff said

jrpowell's avatar

I used the “No more tears” baby shampoo for a long time.

rebbel's avatar

Kids’ toothpaste for me.
It’s okay to swallow.

whatthefluther's avatar

@unit….Baby Lotion? Well then, I must say I am not a stranger to baby oil. See ya….Gary aka wtf

dynamicduo's avatar

I watch Spongebob Squarepants and make use of baby wipes at times. I also eat plenty of sugary cereal which I was never allowed as a kid.

JLeslie's avatar

Baby liquid soap. And, many times I buy the happy meal at McDonalds.

whatthefluther's avatar

@Noel_S_Leitmotiv….Well, you asked the question…so, are you trying to validate your use of a kid’s product? Don’t be bashful.

Quagmire's avatar

Definitely the cereals.

Noel_S_Leitmotiv's avatar

No, not trying to validate, just curious.

I used baby wipes before ‘adult’ versions became available.

I love cartoons and sparkly toothpaste fascinates me.

has everyone on here got dirty bottoms?

casheroo's avatar

I use a lot of my sons products, it just makes more sense to share. I like the way children’s shampoo makes my hair feel.

My mother in law often buys kids’ sized shoes, because her feet are so small. I remember when my daughter was about 4, we got her a pair of light-up sneakers. My mother in law liked them so much, she went out and got a pair in her size too.

As for myself, I can’t think of any kid things I regularly use for myself. Sometimes I use the kids’ soap if I’m out of mine, and I’ve used their shampoo before. When I used to work, I’d sometimes grab a Happy Meal or Big Kids Meal on my lunchbreak.

dee1313's avatar

I use baby oil. I have friends who like to color in coloring books (and if I owned one and had nothing better to do, I would too).

I love Spyro, but I only replay the games I played as a kid.

I also love the Disney Pixar movies.

I like Fun Dip and Ring Pops.

My husband loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Pull-ups. makes me feel like a big boy.

sandystrachan's avatar

@unit No they are all clean , due to the baby wipes . I watch cartoons , eat the kiddies cereals , play games of a younger age group on pc and consoles . I still play with some toys including toys from when i was a kid . I have the perfect reason / excuse i have two kids soon to be three you could say 4 kids if you include me .

unit's avatar

Is one of your toys a “Rampant Rabbit”

sandystrachan's avatar

@unit Rampant Rabbit is adult toy , maybe you should read the Q properly and not follow me around like a bad smell even tho you can’t help it

ubersiren's avatar

I use a light dusting of baby powder on hotter days for under-boob sweat and use baby wipes to cleanse my face before bed on occasion. I also color a bit, with and without my kid. It’s very therapeutic! Sometimes I’ll write an “I love you” message for my husband in the shower with my son’s bath tub crayons. Mmmm, and I really love animal crackers.

wildpotato's avatar

@ubersiren There are bathtub crayons? Wow, I can’t wait to try those.

I use baby wipes, watch cartoons to the exclusion of almost all other tv and movies, and play with various lightup and tactile toys when in intensely altered states of mind.

aprilsimnel's avatar

I wear a big kid’s size 4½ in shoes and a 14/16 in tops. If I see something I like in those sizes that doesn’t make me look 12, I’ll buy it, as well as crayons, construction paper and stuff like that. I got the new 150-pack Crayolas yesterday with the removable sharpener! I also have some toys, as mentioned previously in these pages.

I remember being distinctly disappointed when I moved into the place where I live now that the parks with swings and so on in my area do not allow people other than children to play on them, and that adults are not allowed in those places unless with a child. I don’t know any kids. Where can I go to play on slides and teeter-totters? I miss them. :(

sjmc1989's avatar

Coloring Books, kid’s clothes, kid’s shoes, Happy Meals, I have so much Beauty and the Beast stuff from the Disney store I won’t even go there. I also buy children’s toothbrushes they are just way cooler than the adult ones.

jrpowell's avatar

Oh, and I still rock Legos. I want a Lego casket. I should put Allie in charge of this.

photographcrash's avatar

Flintstones vitamins, anyone?

sjmc1989's avatar

Lurve for Flintstones!! @photographcrash GA!

photographcrash's avatar

They taste so good! Wish you could eat them just like candy..

aprilsimnel's avatar

Oh, no, they’re not candy, as Busta Rhymes would tell you!

CMaz's avatar

Fruit Rollups.
I love them.

cheebdragon's avatar

I love coloring books….
the sad part is, I won’t share with my kid, lol

@ChazMaz fruit roll-up’s are the greatest snack food ever invented.

Facade's avatar

Me and my babe used to color together sigh :) And uh, I take the gummy multi vitamins

christine215's avatar

Where do I start? i take Flintstones vitamins (or gummy vites) too, (I have a hard time swallowing pills)
baby wipes for the butt (the flushable kind)
Fruit waves (flavored water in a pouch)

I LURVE Yohoo ( or a I like to call it Yahoo!)

casheroo's avatar

I take Flinestones as my prenatals…they’re so much easier to take than giant horse pills!

cheebdragon's avatar

@casheroo The pink prenatals? I fucking hated those things…I get chills just thinking about them…ick!

Noel_S_Leitmotiv's avatar

Gummy bear vitamins.
Washable Crayons to draw on the walls.
I still like Legos and things like that.
Sweet cereals.
CHOCOLATE MILK.

give_seek's avatar

I got my face painted once. 3 balloons. Don’t know if that counts, but it sure did bliss me out for an entire day!

tiffyandthewall's avatar

technically, i am not an adult. i am 17. but i’m throwing my 2 cents in anyways.
i have a thing for children’s plasticware. i’ll move all the plates in the cabinet to get to the one at the bottom that has a puppy on it. and cups? i actually bought one of those ones with the glitter and little plastic hearts in the plastic. you know, where when you move ‘em, the pretty stuff in the plastic moves around.
i couldn’t figure out what to google-search to find a picture, but you all know what i’m talking about. :p

but you know what, i bet i enjoy drinking orange soda a helluva lot more than any adult drinking out of a normal cup does.

Sarcasm's avatar

Closest thing to using children products is (@tiffanyandthewall’s post reminded me of this) I genuinely prefer plastic cups. While I don’t use ones with glitter or cutesy animals, they are plastic none-the-less. I hate glass cups, the feel, the noise, and worrying about knocking it off a table anyone tracking my posts may notice I have very strange fears.

dee1313's avatar

@sjmc1989 OMG that reminds me, I’ve always wanted a Lumière plushie. My husband went nuts looking for anything with just Lumière when we were at Disney world/land (which ever is in Florida). He never found anything.

@ChazMaz Fruit Rollups are amazing. I also remember loving the big square of similar stuff that you could make pizzas out of and stuff… I don’t remember what they’re called though.

I remember using body crayons with my husband once. :)

sjmc1989's avatar

@dee1313 Aww I have Mrs. Potts chip, Beast and Belle but no Lumiere. The Disney store near me closed down and I bought every Beauty and the Beast item they had. When people see my curio cabinet full of my Beauty and the Beast collectibles they look at me like I’m insane. And they have every right to it’s not normal :)

I’ll keep an eye on it and if I see one I will definitely let you know!

dee1313's avatar

@sjmc1989 Thanks! My husband was a sweetheart and did manage to get a copy of the movie when we was away doing a training thing from a friend. We couldn’t find the DVD anywhere, and I had heard about Disney locking things in their vault.

Haha, I also remember talking about TV shows we used to watch as kids together. Now we both want to watch the old Rugrats episodes.

sjmc1989's avatar

@dee1313 Yeah I got the vhs and dvd. Look on either amazon or ebay if you really do want the dvd they should have it. I absolutely love the old nickelodeon cartoons!! Lurve for that!

dee1313's avatar

@sjmc1989 You know, I could probably look on there for a plusie too. I’m so silly, I never think of that as an option, unless I’m buying textbooks.

sjmc1989's avatar

@dee1313 Oh yeah they have tons of Beauty and the Beast stuff on Ebay thats where I would look first. Good luck I hope you find it!

avengerscion's avatar

Adults are simply older kids; we enjoy a lot of the same things. It’s easier to admit that we use or enjoy certain things when we have children using the products. Nothing wrong with it at all!

Cartoons, coloring, plastic animal printed cups & cereal bowls, and I even sit and play with my 1 year old’s toys. Simplicity is enjoyable.

JLeslie's avatar

Now that I see all of these I realize I use more than I thought. I also sometimes take Flinstones vitamins (difficulty swallowing pills), and I eat kids cereals—I’m finishing a box of Honey Smacks now.

evelyns_pet_zebra's avatar

I eat the sugary cereals, and my wife has oddly shaped feet, and the only type of shoes she can wear come from the boys shoes aisle. She can’t wear pointy toed ladies shoes, because her feet simply won’t go into them.

I often kid her that she is the only one in the boy’s shoes aisle that is carrying a purse when she tries on those shoes.

dee1313's avatar

@evelyns_pet_zebra I’ve bought a pair of boys shoes before, but mainly because they looked cooler. I usually go for all-black shoes or something similar, and at the store we were at none of the women’s shoes were anything close to what I wanted.

Oh I just remembered something! Has anyone heard of Hoops & Yoyo? I love them, and they make me feel like a kid. I have the days of the week button right next to my laptop. Can’t believe I forgot about that!

jonsblond's avatar

@avengerscion I love your avatar! So cute. :)
