What is a must-do mountain hike in San Diego?

I just did Mount Woodson via Lake Poway so I can probably do anything as difficult as that. It was Three out of Five Stars.

Stonewall Peak just off of Highway 79 just south of Lake Cuyamaca opposite Paso Pichaco Campground in Cuyamaca Rancho State Park.
