Where can i find gourmet importers in the U.S?

we are spanish olive oil company seeking for distribution in the U.S.

The National Association for the Specialty Food Trade is the trade organization for most of the “gourmet” food industry. They organize the Fancy Food shows in New York and San Francisco, which is the main showcase for distributors of products like yours. Contacting them might be a good place to start looking for contacts.
