Imagine that you learned that you suffer from a very rare disease, and there is no cure, and you will soon die, what would you do? What your last wishes will be?

I’d live life to its fullest, by becoming a pirate in search of One Park.

Spend all of my waking time with loved ones. Make sure they all knew how much I cared about them.

@DrasticDreamer Wouldn’t that make them grieve more once you are gone? It could be good in some ways to be around those who you care about I suppose.

Well, I suppose I would do whatever the hell I wanted to do.

I guess it would depend on exactly what rear disease I had.

@Samurai Possibly. But after time had passed, don’t you think loved ones would want as many good memories of you as possible?

Get my affairs in order and figure out who is going to take care of my family and animals. Then say goodbye.

It shouldn’t change anything. Everyone lives with that prospect already. The biggest change for me would be not worrying about my health anymore. I could eat anything I wanted to. And I wouldn’t need to floss anymore.
