Does one have to pay for Windows Vista to Windows 7 upgrade?

If I purchase a computer pre-loaded with Windows Vista premium, do I have to pay to upgrade to Windows 7 when it comes out next week?

you do not have to pay for the upgrade…where you purchased the computer they should have told you that…I already have windows 7 and it’s way better than vista…but it is a free upgrade
