@azlotto For ribs, I agree. The dry rub is excellent. What is your preference for shoulder?

On my first trip to Memphis a police officer put me in the back of her squad car because “it ain’t safe for white people ta be walkin’ round this neighborhood.” When she asked me where I was headed I said anywhere with BBQ. I was promptly escorted to Neely’s Bar-B-Q and brought directly into the kitchen to meet one of the owners. As the officer left she told the owner to give me a great meal. He did. Absolutely amazing stuff.

@75movies Neely’s is very good, and the officer was very correct. (Opinon: Bozo’s is far better.)

But can you beat getting it for free?

As a Memphian, the following may get me ran out of the city; I don’t get Rendevous-dry rub or wet! Cozy Corner on Parkway or A&R BBQ on Bellevue are much better.
